Variant I:

  1. MB-59S Casement
  2. MB-70 Casement
  3. MB-45 (Leaves without a thermal break)

Variant II:

  • Variant II offers the option to fabricate structures with an 8mm safety clearance.

These sliding door leaves can be seamlessly installed in various settings, including masonry, MB-SR50N, MB-TT50 mullion/transom façades, or display window constructions based on profiles from systems such as MB-45, MB-59(HI), MB-60(HI), MB-70(HI), and MB-86(ST, SI, AERO). These systems are designed with broad crosspieces and frames to accommodate a wide range of automatic gear brands available in the market, including Geze, Dorma, and Besam.

Key Details of the Sliding Door Constructions:

  • Constructional Depth: The depth of leaf profiles varies depending on the chosen system:

    • For profiles with thermal insulation:
      • MB-59S CASEMENT: 50mm
      • MB-70 CASEMENT: 70mm
    • For "cold profiles" (e.g., MB-45): 45mm

  • Protection against Rainwater: Sliding leaves installed in outdoor settings, due to the brush gasket and the absence of a doorsill, should be shielded against direct exposure to rainwater to maintain their performance and durability.
