Description
The thermal insulation performance of the MB-70HI system significantly surpasses its base counterparts, with the heat transfer coefficient Uf for constructions ranging between 1.0 and 2.3 W/(m2K), depending on specified profiles and accessories.
This heightened thermal insulation is achieved by strategically placing special insulating inserts in the central chamber between thermal breaks. These foam-based inserts effectively minimise heat transfer within the chamber due to their low coefficient of heat transfer, while their central positioning restricts convection and thermal radiation.
The versatile MB-70HI doors and window system, like its base system, finds application both in individual assemblies and within aluminium facades. When integrated into a window wall, it is advisable to combine these doors and windows with systems boasting enhanced insulation performance, such as the MB-SR50N HI+.
It's important to note that this system is available as PAS 24 constructions, meeting rigorous security standards. Aluprof remains committed to providing cutting-edge solutions that not only meet but exceed the evolving needs of the construction industry.
