  • Dual Construction Variants: The MB-77HS HI system offers two construction variants, each differing in thermal insulation, without the need to alter the core profiles and accessories. The first variant, MB-77HS ST, features an empty central chamber between thermal breaks for lower thermal insulation. The second door variant, MB-77HS HI, incorporates a central chamber filled with a special insulation element or a barrier between thermal breaks, enhancing its insulating power. These structure variants accommodate various user needs while keeping storage and manufacturing costs economical.

  • Effective Insulation: Wide thermal breaks, polyethylene inserts, and plastic chamber profiles within the thermal insulation bands contribute to a relatively low overall heat-transfer coefficient (Uf) for frames.

  • Drainage Options: The profile drainage system can be concealed or visible, featuring a decorative plug.

  • Customization: Thermally insulated profiles in both MB-77HS ST and HI versions can be powder varnished and anodized.
