  • Profile Depth: The door sections have a design depth of 77 mm for the casement and 174 mm for the 2-rail frame.

  • Three-Chamber Structure: The profiles within the system are designed with a three-chamber structure, with a central chamber housing shaped thermal breaks measuring 43, 42, 35, or 27 mm in thickness.

  • Dual Construction Variants: The MB-77HS system offers two construction variants without the need to change the fundamental profiles and accessories. The first variant, MB-77HS ST, features an empty central chamber between thermal breaks and offers lower thermal insulation. The second, MB-77HS HI, has a central chamber filled with a special insulation element, providing higher insulating power. These variants accommodate diverse user needs while keeping system elements storage and manufacturing costs in check.

  • Effective Insulation: Wide thermal breaks, polyethylene inserts, and plastic chamber profiles within the thermal insulation bands contribute to a relatively low overall heat-transfer coefficient (Uf) for frames.

  • Water- and Air-Tightness: Special shapes of cover strip and glass pane gaskets, along with casement fittings that allow the casement to securely fit into the frame during closing, ensure high water- and air-tightness. Most gaskets are installed continuously, without corner cutting, with ends joined at the midpoint of upper crosspieces of door frames.

  • Burglary Resistance: Closed shape glazing beads, available in Standard and Prestige versions, enable the secure installation of infills, supporting the creation of anti-burglary constructions. EPDM positioning rollers in these beads facilitate mounting within the window or door frame.

  • Glazing Versatility: The system accommodates a wide range of pane thicknesses, from 13.5 to 58.5 mm, allowing for various types of two-chamber, acoustic, or anti-burglary glass panes.

  • Fittings Compatibility: Standard fittings grooves facilitate the use of most lift and sliding as well as sliding fittings available on the market, including options from G-U, Hautau, and Siegenia.

  • Drainage Options: The profile drainage system can be concealed or visible, featuring a decorative plug.

  • Customization: Thermally insulated profiles in both MB-77HS ST and HI versions can be powder varnished and anodized.

  • Simplified Construction: The construction technology is streamlined for efficiency, reducing manufacturing time. Instrumentation such as drilling templates, presses, or blanking dies can be used for various treatments.

  • Impressive Dimensions: The maximum overall casement dimensions exceed standard values, with Hs=3.2m and Ls=3.3m. The maximum casement weight is 400 kg.
