  1. Sleek and Minimal Design: The MB-70US system features nearly invisible sashes externally, creating a seamless appearance. The narrow window frames contribute to a lightweight and elegant construction.

  2. High Thermal Efficiency: With a focus on energy efficiency, the MB-70US system boasts a low overall heat transfer coefficient (U-value), achieved through specialised thermal breaks and gaskets.

  3. "Omega"-Shaped Thermal Breaks: Moulded thermal breaks in the shape of the letter omega, 34 mm wide, enhance profile rigidity, promote water deflection, and separate the internal and external profiles into three parts.

  4. Gasket Performance: The central two-component synthetic rubber EPDM gasket offers excellent thermal insulation. Additional solid EPDM gaskets and polyethylene cord further enhance insulation and sealing.

  5. Profile Dimensions: The constructional depth is 70 mm for the frame and 79 mm for the sash. The profiles are equipped with grooves for envelope fittings and connecting members in compliance with the EURO standard.

  6. Profile Bending: The system's unique capability to bend profiles allows for the creation of various arches and arched constructions.

  7. Efficient Connection: Aluminium connecting members simplify profile connections. "L"-type corner cleats ensure high rigidity and tightness, while "T"-type crosswise joints are achieved through pinning lacings and glueing with CORALGLUE®.

  8. Glazing and Gaskets: The system accommodates glazing units with thicknesses ranging from 18 mm to 54 mm in window sashes and 9 mm to 45 mm in fixed windows, secured with glazing beads and gaskets.

  9. Ventilation and Drainage: Efficient ventilation and drainage systems divert water from the pane chamber and the space between the sash and frame, with openings covered by an exterior plastic sheath.
