Key Highlights of Enhanced Thermal Insulation:

  1. Special Insulating Inserts: To achieve enhanced thermal insulation performance, special insulating inserts are strategically placed in the central insulating chamber, which is formed by connecting aluminium profiles with thermal breaks. These inserts effectively reduce heat transfer through the chamber, thanks to their low heat transfer coefficient.

  2. Reduced Convection and Thermal Radiation: Placing the insulating inserts at the centre of the chamber not only reduces heat transfer but also limits convection and thermal radiation, resulting in superior insulation properties.

The MB-70HI doors and windows, like the base system, can be used both as individual installations and in aluminium facades. When integrated into a mullion/transom wall system, it is advisable to combine these doors and windows with the MB-SR50N HI+ system for enhanced insulation performance.
