Key Features of the MB-59S System:

  1. Consistent Structural Depth: The system maintains a uniform structural depth for windows and doors, featuring a 50 mm depth for the window frame, 59 mm for the sash, and 50 mm for the door frame and leaf. This design ensures a seamless, uninterrupted surface when viewed externally and aligns the door leaf and frame seamlessly from within.

  2. Thermal Efficiency: Renowned for their low overall heat transfer coefficient (U-value), MB-59S windows and doors incorporate special thermal breaks and gaskets, complying with thermal requirements to deliver exceptional insulation performance.

  3. Moulded Thermal Breaks: "Omega"-shaped thermal breaks, 16 and 22 mm wide and reinforced with fibreglass, enhance profile rigidity and aid in water deflection, contributing to increased durability.

  4. Prefabrication and Installation: The system streamlines prefabrication by featuring special grooves for easy installation of hinges, strike plates, deadbolts, and multi-point locking fittings. It adheres to EURO standards, accommodating both aluminium and plastic windows.

  5. Profile Bending: The MB-59S system allows for profile bending, enabling the creation of arches and arched constructions.

  6. Efficient Connection: Aluminium connecting members and auxiliary accessories simplify profile connection. "L"-type corner connections involve trimming, kneading or pinning, and glueing with CORALGLUE®. "T"-type crosswise joints are made with pinned lacings and CORALGLUE®.

  7. Door Thresholds: Designed for easy dismantling without unscrewing other door elements, thresholds made of HPVC, and equipped with EPDM gaskets provide thermal efficiency, water, and air tightness.

  8. Glazing and Gaskets: The system accommodates various glazing units, ranging from 4.5 mm to 40.5 mm in window sashes and up to 31.5 mm in fixed windows and door leaves. EPDM synthetic rubber gaskets and glazing beads ensure water and air tightness, with the central gasket trimmed and glued at the corners.

  9. Ventilation and Drainage: Each structure features an efficient ventilation and drainage system, redirecting water from the pane chamber and the space between the sash and frame. External openings are covered with a plastic sheath.
